This is your chance to sign up for an exciting online training program designed specifically for individuals who are seeking the opportunity to expand their working portfolio.
Applicants will get ready to learn new skills, make friends, and to expand their on-the-job (OTJ) training professional network. Our hybrid programs require the apprentice to complete on-the-job training and related training instruction hours and demonstrate competency in the defined career development subject areas.

Our Virtual Educational, Guidance, and Career Counselors and Advisors will help you align your resume with your desired career path, which will ultimately create the desire hybrid work schedules and on the job training placement.
The apprentice will log into their online account every week to complete the minimum 4-hour weekly RTI Technical Skills and RTI Training Requirement.
