Pre-Apprenticeship Training Registration Application Process:
This is your chance to sign up for an exciting online training program designed specifically for individuals who are seeking the opportunity to expand their working portfolio with the community health industry.
Serve as an advocate for the healthcare needs of individuals by assisting community residents and effectively communicating with healthcare providers or social service agencies. Act as liaison or advocate and implement programs that promote, maintain, and improve individuals and our overall community health networking systems.
Volunteers and Individuals seeking to join our team of educators, healthcare professionals or community leaders are encouraged to join us for this event. Participants may also enroll into our Community Health
Apprenticeship Programs.
Here’s a glimpse of what apprentice applicants will learn during their 90 Day Pre-Apprenticeship Training. These skills will align with their career pathway and updated resumes or portfolios and presented to employers for (OTJ) Training.

- Advise clients or community groups on issues related to improving general health, such as diet or exercise.

- Identify or contact members of high-risk or otherwise targeted groups, such as members of minority populations, low-income populations, or pregnant women.

- Contact clients in person, by phone, or in writing to ensure they have completed required or recommended actions.

- Distribute flyers, brochures, or other informational or educational documents to inform members of a targeted community.
The apprentices will log into their online account every week to complete the minimum 4-hour weekly RTI Technical Skills and RTI Training Requirement.
